Reservation Inquiries

While sending an inquiry through our website, the data you submit to the form is collected as follows: Name, email address and phone number. The above information is collected for the sole purpose of communicating with you about your request. A company representative will contact you either by email or by phone

Online reservation

When making a reservation for one of our apartments, the following information is required, which is collected and stored to prepare the necessary documents for your rent, as well as to serve your reservation in the best possible way: Name, Address, Country of residence, Telephone number and Email Address.

Security of personal data

PAPAMARKOU BROS OE is the sole owner of the information you have voluntarily provided on this website. The company will not sell or rent this information to anyone, nor will it disclose your information to third parties outside the company. Your information may be shared with the Greek tax authorities, where lease agreements have been submitted, in accordance with Greek law.

Reservation conditions

The rental reservation is initially made between the signatory of the electronic reservation form (the customer) representing the party and a private apartment representing the property owner. Each booking is subject to the following booking terms:

1. Reservation insurance

A 30% prepayment on the total rental fee described in the online booking form must be paid by you to secure the property you are interested in. There will be no obligation on the part of the property owner until he has received the full amount of prepayment. In case of cancellation, cancellation charges apply in accordance with paragraph 3.

2. Reservation payment

The advance payment must be paid no later than four (4) weeks before your arrival. If the balance is not paid by the above date, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation. For reservations made within four (4) weeks before the arrival date, the customer will have to pay the total value (100%) at the time of booking. Upon arrival at the property, the company reserves the right to keep any credit card information as a guarantee of good use of the lease.

3. Cancellation by you

It is agreed between us that if you wish to cancel all or part of your reservation or if the reservation is canceled due to non-payment, then PAPAMARKOU BROS OE. is entitled to the following percentage of the value of the reservation: a. For cancellation 3 weeks or more before arrival = 30% (non-refundable deposit) b. For cancellation within 3 weeks before arrival = 100% (deposit and remaining amount). All cancellations must be sent to us in writing by the signatory of the booking form.

4. Number of guests

Only the maximum number of visitors listed in the description of each apartment can be located and reside in the property at any time (the contracting party). In the event that more persons are found in the property than you have declared, the company reserves the right to ask you to vacate the property and cancel the reservation, with 100% deduction of the rental cost, as a penalty for violating the contract clause.

5. Check-in and Check-out hours

The check-in is from 14:00 onward. Departure time is until 12:00. In the event of a flight delay or difficulty during a trip, you should contact a company representative as soon as possible. For early check-in or late check-outs, it is recommended that we update and confirm in advance.

6. Complaints

The descriptions of the apartments that appear on our website are accurate and are made with good faith. The company is not responsible for the lack of water, electricity or internet, due to a technical problem beyond our control. The company’s staff will do their best to help you and solve any problems as soon as possible. Any complaints submitted only at the end of the holiday will not be considered.

7. Behavior and Damages

By accepting the terms of the electronic reservation form, the landlord becomes responsible both for his own proper and dignified conduct and for those who live with him on the property. The lessee is liable for any loss or damage that he or his team members may cause to the property or its contents. Any damage must be reported to the staff of PAPAMARKOU BROS OE. , the cost of repair or replacement of which is borne exclusively by the lessee. In the event that the lessee or a member of the group behaves aggressively towards the property and its contents, the owner or key holder has the right to ask all visitors to leave the property immediately, maintaining 100% of the rental cost by landlord.

8. Entertainment in the property

Entertainment events that concern a larger number of guests than the maximum number of visitors described in the electronic reservation form are strictly prohibited, unless they have been fully approved by PAPAMARKOU BROS OE. in advance. If you make unauthorized use of the property in such a way, PAPAMARKOU BROS OE has the right to ask all visitors to leave the property immediately, maintaining 100% of the rental cost by the landlord. Your warranty will not be refunded until the relevant requirements have been fully assessed by PAPAMARKOU BROS OE.

9. Disclaimer of liability for injury

PAPAMARKOU BROS OE bears no responsibility for any accident or injury to all visitors during their stay in the property, under any circumstances.

10. Kids policy

Children are welcome in our apartments. It is the duty of the lessee to notify PAPAMARKOU BROS OE. if there are any children and what is their exact age. Children’s chair and crib are available upon request.

11. Pets policy

Pets are accepted in our apartments after consultation with us. Please make a reservation once you have received our confirmation. For more information, read the detailed Housing Policy.

12. Cleaning service

The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period, before your arrival. It will be delivered to you clean, with clean sheets and towels. There is daily cleaning service by our staff and regular renewal of bedding and towels. Residents must leave the property in an acceptable condition when leaving.

13. Internet

We remind you that free wireless Internet is provided on our property. The company cannot guarantee that any damage or technical problem, such as a defective line from the local telephone company, can be rectified immediately. The company does not provide compensation to the tenant in the event of a fault or technical problem with the Internet.

14. Smoking

Internal smoking is strictly prohibited in all our apartments. In the event that you or a member residing with you fails to comply with this rule or if any object is found to have been damaged by indoor smoking, we reserve the right to charge a minimum amount of € 200 for cleaning the environment or / and replacing its content.

15. Personal items

The valuables that remain in the apartment are under the supervision and responsibility of each tenant. In each apartment there is a security locker for storing valuables. PAPAMARKOU BROS OE has taken the best possible measures to prevent the loss of personal and valuables. However, neither the company nor its staff can be held responsible for the loss, misplacement or robbery at any time.
